RIP Satoshi Kon.
The maverick anime director Satoshi Kon recently died of pancreatic cancer. He kept his illness hidden from the public, so naturally, this whole thing comes as a complete shock.
I haven't seen all of his work, but I really enjoyed Millennium Actress, Paranoia Agent and Paprika. I am grateful for the all of his awesome films, and I am sorry that we will not be able to see more.
Rest in peace, Satoshi-sama.
