"Moscow Heat" Review

Every country has it's share of cheaply made, badly scripted direct-to-video movies, and Russia is certainly no exception. But what makes Moscow Heat (Московская Жара) so special is that it was actually released in United States. Seriously. It has an Amazon listing and everything.

Why are Russian villains always called Nikolay?

Depends. In Russian media, it's probably because USSR propaganda machine went to great lengths to vilify Nicholas II. In America - who knows?
