Somebody is doing an Internet TV show about Amtrak and skiing. Okay, mostly skiing

You know how, in my guide to long-distance Amtrak trains, I mentioned that the Empire Builder goes through a lot of ski resorts, which is why a lot of skiers use it?

Turns out that, back in January 2014, a group of professional skiers decided to take the Empire Builder train and do some skiing in Montana and Washington ski resorts. Two of the skiiers doubled as a film crew, and they filmed the whole thing for the second season of the online show called Storm Cycles.

Amtrak recently tweeted a link to a teaser, and based on that, I'm very interesting to see what the actual episodes will look like.

The crew also put together a Tumblr to collect the photos and videos they captured along the way. Amtrak also did a post about it on its official blog.

Now, if only I can find out when the actual episodes come out. And not forget to check.

We'll see.
