What is race?
Sometimes I wish I weren't human.
In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombing, some bigots are trying to claim the the Chechen brothers are not "White".
Scientifically speaking there is only one living human race, Homo Sapien Sapien. All other branches have died off or were bred out according to current scientific research.
When identifying skeletal human remains, forensics can only identify three distinct groups Caucasian, African, and Asian. Other "ethnic" groups are indistinguishable. Telling if someone is Hispanic or Slavic is nearly impossible without environmental markers.
In other words, racism is stupid.
Why couldn't I have born a panda or a dolphin?
