The mountains are blue, covered in snow, the sky is blue covered in clouds, white and blue go so well with the algae grey of the marina, and the autumn colored leaved drifting on the seawall punctuated by teal white and glass towers. The wet remnants of snow left of boats remind me of the white blanket that covered everything last night, quietly reminding me just how cold t really is out there.
The bright sunny contrast to the crisp cold air feels so refreshing, and I can't wait for spring to burst through, bringing an even more vibrant feeling to the vista.
I'm off to enjoy some fantastic world class eats, things have changed a lot and it's not all bad, in fact I know it has to be for the best.
It's weird how getting the negative mind loops out in writing frees up the mind to notice the finer things surrounding us....
