I'm 21!!!
Happy Birthday!!! Ok, so it is a little belated for myself. That's ok though, I was too busy yesterday to update. My very own Amanda came over to help me celebrate my 21st birthday. She came over early and brought me donuts. (including my favorite cream filled ones) Then she took me ice skating which is something I always love to do and have to talk her into doing. So this was a great surprise. Then she took me to Golden Coral because I told her when I was a little boy that was where I always wanted to go for my birthday. It was really funny though since neither of us had been there since we were kids. More expensive than I remember, better too. I kept my plate filled though even though she told me not to fill up completely. That was all great, but then she did something that was a dream come true! She had bought roller blades and we played hockey together! She is good too! For the first time for her to skate or play hockey since middle school I have to hand it to her. She was doing great. So watch out WHL, we have new player in the making! ;)
It took us a while to find a dry place to play since it had just rained, but it was worth it! I had so much fun playing hockey. Then after that we watched Mr. Deeds...a DVD she bought me. Then she surprised me with my favortie pie that she makes. She makes the best lemon-blueberry pie ever. She even did a great job decorating it! It was so good too. So now I have cake and pie all to myself since I have no room mates. Guess I should finish it all before I move into my new apartment. Wouldn't want those guys to eat it all! But yes, it was a wonderful birthday! That was so thougthful of her to do since those are all things I like to do and not her. Now that the door is cracked though, maybe she will want to play hockey more than I do. You never know!! Thank you so much, Amanda! :)
