Buck! Although I can see JD liking her, too. And then she is a newspaper woman so maybe Chris will be intrigued. Also she has a great vocabulary so Ezra will be interested in talking to her. And she probably knows a lot about comparative religions so she and Josiah . . .

I'll share it's Buck - I believe if he were alive - Chloe wouldn't have a chance. Now I may have to write an ATF AU type story that ends up Buck/Chloe. I see them doing well together. After all it is canon that he likes strong independently minded women.

I liked the movie a lot when I was a kid, and loved Seven Samurai :) I actually have that set on my Amazon wish list, but with my birthday coming up, I'm being good and not buying anything till after :)

I enjoyed the movie too. I think that Eric Close who plays Vin Tanner - looks an awful lot like Steve McQueen - I think that's why they cast him.

Also, Robert Vaughn who played in the Movie has a recurring role in the series which i think is very cool. Chris and Vin are the same - the other 5 are all original.

Nice chapter! Chloe is just jumping right into the middle of this and Mathew is finding out just who he is going up against. Nice sneaky way to get a factory in where you want. I knew the ghosts weren't done protecting the town and I think Saunders and the Luthors are going to regret this. The nightmare is very intersting; Mathew has some guilt going on and Vin appears to as well. Looking forward to the next chapter.
