American idol - Wow...
I don't want to spoil anyone so I'm putting in the appropriate cut
I was not a Pia fan and I was sure I'd have to endure more weeks of boring ballad singing but she's gone. I really think Stephano should have been sent home. He was just as boring but not nearly as solid a singer. Neither one of them could work the stage and I don't know why people are so surprised. She was nothing special.
I am sad that it appears that a girl can't win. But James, Haley, Paul and Casey are so much more fun to watch. I would definitely buy James or Haley's record. I wouldn't take Pia's if it was given to me for free! I have never been a fan of big voice Diva balladeers and it appears that neither is America.
So I'm happy that my favorites are still in the race. I would love it if they were the final four!
David Cook returns to idol in two weeks - and his new album should be out soon. Besides Kelly, he's the only idol alum I really care about.
