I've been totally looking for Richie centric fics the last few days, rewatching the first 3 seasons of Highlander and was like, hot damn Richie was adorable and he and Methos had mad chemistry. Thanks for the recs!

Unfortunately there is a deerth of Richie fics so far but hopefully there will be a few.
That's why I end up writing my own Richie stuff - fandom in general tends to ignore him :(

There really was, I was highly disappointed. I love Richie, he and Methos were hands down my favorite characters. I always related to Richie so much and not just because we were the same age but because he had to fend for himself so much, I totally understood that and it used to drive me crazy that Mac always seemed to just dismiss him as a kid because he wasn't as old! It would drive me crazy because I'm like, Richie had a hard as hell life before you met him, in a way that Mac would never truly understand.

I know I adore Richie and can't understand why he is so overlooked in fandom.
