Over at the interactive Supernatural Challenge Community SPNland, they finally had a writing challenge and I thought I'd post my entry here now that it was over. I belong to Team Sam (thanks muses_circle) and we are kicking ass. So while my little effort did not win anything, Team Sam once again took first place in points - Go US!!

Thanks! I have a few ideas and with the deadline moved out - I'm thinking I should get it done. My biggest problem is I pretty much only write crossovers - I should ask if that's allowed. Too bad I can't use the first story in my Immortal!Dean universe - it's a big what if from the end of third season. :)

I think someone else asked about doing a crossover and Brittany said no. Strictly SPN. Sorry. I love your SPN/HL crossovers, though. They're hilarious!

I figured as much - my first drabble submission was a crossover and it got nixed too. I'm hoping for a writing challenge that allows them soon. I think it would be cool if that was the prompt - let the non-crossover writers try it on my side of the fence. LOL

Thanks - I love the way Dean sees his brother at the beginning of the series; the classic big brother behavior. I'm so glad to hear his actions ring true - it's hard to capture all of that in a drabble
