1) Lauren finished her dismount and looked up to see her dad smiling his approval from his place on the balcony.
2) "Shawn, why are we following Detective Lassiter?" Gus asked as they ducked behind a car in the parking lot.
3) Methos sat on the wooden park bench, eyes closed, feeling the warmth of the sun on his face and listening to the sound of the waves lapping against the beach.
4) JD was in the middle of a great dream when the sound of someone open and closing drawers pulled him awake.
5) “What are you doing?" Methos watched as Castle placed a blender on his kitchen counter.
6) "No!" Methos said.
7) Ezra awoke to the sound of pounding on his front door.
8) JD grabbed two bottles of beer out of the fridge and went to answer the door to his apartment.

Wow - I'm writing a lot of Methos. I hadn't realized that but he starts five of these stories and he's in six - that's more than Dean or Ezra. And lots of different fandoms. Only one on this list is a non crossover - anyone know which one?
