New York and New Matt
If I could just add a few hours to the day, what a happy man I would be. These past few days have been pretty long. I just got back from NYC and have piles upon piles of things to do here at work. Yet I update my livejournal to escape the insanity that awaits.
New York was SO much fun. I never realized how "in" Katie was with people there. Here are the highlights of my trip:
Saturday: Got to Manhattan and KT said we were going out to someone named "Melanie"'s party. We got to this trendy club and I realized she was Melanie (AKA Scary Spice) of the Spice Girls. She's pretty kick ass. She bought me a drink and I had a lot of fun and met this hot attorney girl who wanted me (it's great to know I can swing the gate on the fence still)
Sunday: Slept till 6pm (didn't get home till 8am lol) Then got ready and headed to 40/40, this club that Jay-Z owns. He and Beyonce were there for her birthday so I got to see them, that was way cool.
Monday-Friday: Shop, shop and more shop for Matt
Friday: Went to the opening of KT's first ever off broadway show, it was AMAZING! and sold out. GO HER!
Saturday: Went out with all KT's Calvin Klein model and NYU medical resident friends (all beautiful people) I have pics if you wanna see. Needless to say, I had to drink lots to not feel ugly and unaccomplished lol. I had a blast though.
So yeah, that was my trip. I'm tired. Stayed up till 2am last night with a friend who just broke up with his fiance. The poor guy I feel so bad for him. Girls can be harsh! And the bitch won't give back the ring!
