Who's up for a game?
For Christmas I got the Dresden Files RPG. My New Year's resolution is to run it.
If you're not familiar with Jim Butcher's novels, then get yourself to the library. It's modern-day fantasy, a lot like White Wolf's world of darkness, but with a lot more heart. It's a very well-written series, and a very gameable setting.
As for the system, it's another permutation of Fate. It's a more refined version of the system from Spirit of the Century. Some parts of it seem quite brilliant. I'll write a more in-depth review once I finish digesting it.
