About Love ~ From The Zahir
Dark Huntre posted the following quote from The Zahir by Paulo Coelho a while ago in her journal. I finished the book a few weeks ago and it touched me on such a deep level. I want to post this in my journal as well, as my own reminder about love.
"Love is an untamed force. When we try to control it, it destroys us. When we try to imprison in, it enslaves us. When we try to understand it, it leaves us feeling lost and confused.
This force is on earth to make us happy, to bring us closer to God and to our neighbor, and yet, given the way that we love now, we enjoy one hour of anxiety for every minute of peace."
