Today was a pretty long day, thursdays always seem to be long for me, which is ironic because its supposed to be our short day. hrm.
Im really enjoying a project we are doing in webmastering right now......we all had to pick topics from a list she had, and I picked Impressionist Art, and have learned alot. I have to research all these artists like Vincent Van Gogh, Monet, Degas, Manet, Pissaro, Cassatt etc etc....they all have amazing interesting lives, twas inspiring. :) Vincent Van Gogh is extremely intriguing to me.... he had a really rough life, moved around constantly growing up, lots of heartbreak, suffered from pretty much life long depression. just a very odd character.
recently, half of the time ive been listening to some real mellow stuff, like pink floyd, and the other half stuff like morning glory,loc, fugazi, etc.
at half price books I purchased 3 tapes. Pink Floyd, They Might Be Giants, and the Violent Femmes. all extremely good. and Ive just realized how fond I am of tapes.
So..I get my license....probably a couple days after my birthday because my birthday is on a sunday and the last day of christmas break, so I'll have to get my proof of enrollment when i get back from break .....so it will probably be about tuesday. oh well I can wait. Ive waited this long I can wait a few more days.
Ive started working on my christmas list.......this is someting I look forward to alot, not because I like the thought of receiving presents, but because I really really enjoy making lists. tis a hobby of mine. I like to think about how cool it would be to have a little palm pilot or something to carry around for the sole reason of making hundreds of lists and storing them in this device.
