Long time no blog...

So I didn't realize the last time I updated was before SnoCore. Ah, the things that have gone down since then.
SnoCore, of course, February 20th at Bogart's in Cincy, my 8th time seeing Shinedown, 2nd Seether and 1st Halestorm and Flyleaf. It rocked hard. First time I think I've ever come out of a pit with a bruise.
That was a Monday. That Friday we made a nice 4 hour drive to Edmonton, KY to see our boys in Black Stone Cherry play at a middle school in their home town. Again, much fun was had. The 6th time I saw them I believe...?
Then March 4th we went to Louisville to see Greenwheel at Headliners. Cool show, felt weird, first show we'd been to in a while where we didn't really know anyone and weren't meeting up with someone.
April 22nd, the day after my 18th, we went to Huntington to see Soundevice. My second time seeing them live, loved it. Crashed with friends and chatted until about 7 am only to wake back up at 10 am. Interestingly enough I didn't feel that bad that morning. Great way to celebrate a birthday.
May 11th, 12th and 13th. A1A in Lexington, the Soundfactory in Charleston and the Monkey Bar in Huntington, 3 nights of Black Stone Cherry. All very much fun, as seeing those boys always is. The night of the 12th definitely went out with a bang. Literally. Long story. But I got to see Shannon again, and we(me, Dani, Shannon, AJ and Mandy) all made it out alive, so all is good.
May 28th, I graduated high school. AWESOME! I made it!
Just got back not long ago(about a week and a half maybe?) from a trip to Knoxville to visit Jane and Mike again. Lovely time, as always.
June 20th(aka 2 days ago), went and got my nose pierced while Dani got her hair done, then we booked it over to Huntington to see A New Revolution, Makeshift Romeo and Dope. What a way to celebrate Dani's birthday. Fantastic to see Joey on stage again, Makeshift Romeo did a Twisted Method cover(never thought I'd hear that song live...), and Dope rocked as well.
Now what? Trip to Knoxville on Sunday to see Black Stone Cherry again and our first ever appearance at Blue Cats. Then July 8th, easily one of the most exciting things we're going to do this summer, Candlebox at Bogarts! Then the 11th, Huntington for Hurt; and the 14th, Louisville for Soundevice. After that who knows. Let the summer of rock continue!
