PSP on the PSP
I got Phantasy Star Portable the other day. Aisde from the fact that Ethan from PSU is in it, it's been a very enjoyable game.
Except for the story.
Let me show you what it's like when I'm playing story mode.
"(insert name here), this is your new partner Vivienne. (choice is given between shaking hands or nodding) Vivienne blah blah bl- (story skip)
Headmaster Nav, we're here to see you. What's our miss- (story skip)
Don't forget to add us to your party! Blah bl- (story skip)"
Then I go and have fun rushing through the first dungeon.
"Oh good, did you have a good tutorial dungeon? Now go do a free mission."
So I do.
"Story! Boring story! Blah blah (skip)"
It keeps going on like that. The gameplay itself is fun though, and you're not stuck with an annoying whiny character for the entire game when you play single player.
