So lately I haven't been getting much sleep. I'm not stressed, I'm usually passing out when I hit the hay, and I give myself plenty of time to sleep in if I want to. But I just can't.
Aside from Sunday, when I stayed up as late as I could to tire myself out on purpose, I've only been getting about 5-6 hours of sleep a night, and I'm used to at least having 8. At LEAST. I generally go to bed at 11 or 12, so it's not like I'm going too early. And I can't wear myself out as much as I did on Sunday because I usually have to wake up around 8... Maybe it has something to do with my allergies, it's almost time for them to kick in and make my life miserable...
So if anyone has any solutions to help me with my sleep problem, I'd love to hear them.
