Here's what you do. Try to bring the conversation round to the differences between girls and boys, and say that girls are more flexible. Then say "women can touch their elbows together behind their back, and men can't".
Hopefully now the girl/target will attempt this manoeuvre, which inevitably results in her sticking her breasts outwards and forwards in an almost impossibly slutty fashion.
