Mystery Bus Trip
Well im sure if you got to midnightvertias page you will get a better description of our excursions but I will tell you anyways.
Here's the outline:
1. Slovanian restaurant
2. Pottery making
3. Midnight snow tubing
I'll put the list they made for us on later because it was awesome.
First, we drove for like two hours starting at 4:50 til 6:45, something like that. Me, ali, beth, and maria all sat together on the charter bus and blabbed for the first hour about where we thought we were going. We then did mad-libs and they were hysterical. All four of us did the ghost story one.
When we reached Toledo, Ohio, Brandon stood up and we all had to guess where we were going to be eating. After a few facts as hints and a bunch of stupid but hilarious guesses by fifty of us, we found out we were going to a slovanian restaurant. The art on the walls was fantastic and there was 8 courses! Mmm fantastic food and great cheescake. I was stuffed.
Next we went to a pottery painting place only we didnt know what it was until we stepped up to the front of the place. I did a great painting and everyone, even my old roommate Amy and he bf Drew who i will admit I really look up to both of them especially artistically. It was really fun and as soon as the place ships them to us i'll post a pic. Beth, ali and maria all had fun painting mugs and I did a plate. It was freakin sweet!
After an hour we were herded back on the bus. Brandon handed out these oragami pages and we all tried to make stuff. Me and Ali made bats lol.
The last thing we did was arrive at this little ski resort in Ohio and go snow tubing! We had a ton of fun and there was about 20 of us at one time who went down this really big hill. I'll post the picture once I get it from Gabe because it was awesome! We had fun going down head first and going super super fast! There were tons and tons and tons of hot guys everywhere..let me wipe up my drool for a sec..okay I'm good :). Anyways, we went back to the lodge for pizza and then we drove home. At this point it was 1:15 a.m. Jeff and Brandon put in the movie National Treasure. I dozed off for a sec but then I woke up and just watched it with Ali..most everyone else fell asleep.
We got home around 4:15. Then I talked to Annie when I got to the room for about half an hour about my trip and then she talked about how Marc is an ass. After that I don't remember anything because I sacked out.
So that lady's and gentlemen was the Mystery Bus Trip of Spring of '08. It was well worth losing the whole night of sleep to ge the tickets and paying $20 and then losing anther night of sleep haha. Good times, good times.
