"Nae, the barkeeps name is Alex!" The little boy is the finery and the too big grin smiles at Sam. "He doen' take too kindly ta nicknames."

"Well, fortunately for the barkeep, I was looking for someone else," Sam replies.

"Alex. Good to know, though."

[tommyhook]

/me stares up at Sam, his pointy teeth on display, his head cocked to the side. "Yer new, ain't cha?"

Sam tries not to look too startled by the pointed teeth.

Though he has seen much more unnerving things.

"Guess so."

[tommyhook]

Thommy, whose mun apologizes for far too much IRC rp, Tips his fnacy hat back, sizing Sam up. "And what do you do matey?"

"Uh, well," Sam mutters, jamming his hands in his pockets. "Just a few side jobs here and there. Nothing major."

Because announcing you're a hunter to the entire bar probably isn't a good idea, especially a bar that gives off the vibe he's getting right about now.

"You know what the Nightside is?" Some mortals do.

"Can't say I've ever heard of it, actually," he admits.
