Carlisle and Edward are going to try and head back to London, their place and time. Edward still has the ticket he never used from when he was here by himself, so the pair make their way from Mrs. Westenra's to the train station.
Carlisle is not looking around as he walks. He seems to be doubtful that this will be the last time he comes here.
