Leaving the Necropolis ~3 A.M.

The door swung shut behind her with a thud, the noise echoing in the evening darkness. Her brows furrowed, a frustrated glance taken over her shoulder at the building she just exited. Negotiations hadn't gone well, but she was sure she could wear them down eventually...Stepping away from the threshold, she sauntered into the shadows of the alleyway, gloved hands patting herself down. Locating her notepad, she pulled it out of her lab coat pocket with its accompanying pen. Flipping it open, she went over her notes for the night, attention half fixated on the paper and the street in front of her. Feed Favilla, check, replenish serums, check, acquire new parts...A soft wheeze rolled from her, lips pursed into a thin line behind her mask. She circled and underlined the last entry many times, and added some stars to the side of it for good measure. Finding a source for her experiments in Nightside would be much more convenient than making the trip back and forth whenever she needed a spare spleen, lung, or arm...nevermind the fact that it was a lot more illegal where she was from.

Mumbling softly to herself, she closed the notebook and shoved it back into her lab coat pocket. Since she had just come from a business meeting, her attire was rather plain...or, well, as plain as Oksana got. Her white hair was done up in two pigtails, to keep it out of her face, and her labcoat was partially unbuttoned, to expose the old, sturdy apron she wore beneath. Her pants were leather and the belt she had on was big and bulky, containing quite a few syringes filled with glowing green liquid as well as scalpels of various sizes and a bone saw. Her oxygen tank sat strapped to her left thigh, tubing connecting it to the heavy contraption secured to her face.

The heavy thunk of her boots against the ground and the rasping of her breath were the only noises that accompanied her meandering...she wandered the streets without a destination in mind, idly contemplating what else she should do with the rest of her night.
