i want to know the truth, and never wonder why
Okaaaay, welcome back!
I have been feeling exceptionally out of place lately, so I have decided to try and do something about it. How about LiveJournal? Man, I remember when I first got an LJ... I did it because everyone else was getting a Xanga (is that site still around?), and Xanga only seemed to cause drama with people, so I wanted to stay away from it. Well, now I wanted to move away from my old drama... and in with the new? Something like that. So here I am with my new LJ.
Hopefully this will be a place to vent/rant/express/whatever. I will attempt to do my old goal of "a journal a day keeps the insanity away".
Today, I will start with... my 'teaching class'. It is about 'teaching mathematics'. It is pretty much useless. Today, we once again spent the entire 2 1/2 hours listening to people's presentations. I think I paid attention about 20% of the time, and the other 80% I spent working on my chemistry project on my laptop. I did my presentation for the class about 5 weeks ago, when people were still willing to listen. I feel pretty bad for the people going now... Everyone is pretty burnt out listening to these presentations, so there isn't much interaction or liveliness.
Oh well, the semester is ALMOST over... which means I am staring at projects wondering when they will finish themselves. :P
