The visuals, as always, are beautiful. I've commented before on your decorating skill -- I love the way you've made over the Smith household, and the family photos look great. As always, your capping skills are wonderful -- your artistic ability and know-how are well showcased.
The makeovers you've given (almost) everyone look wonderful -- I particularly like that Jenny's hair is still yellow. As for Jill and Lazlo -- Jill in particular -- there's something different about them. Have you changed skins, or is it a graphics upgrade?
Now, to the writing. Brilliant. Wonderful as it was before, there's an extra seriousness and maturity to it. Not just in the plot -- events can be aptly described as 'shit just got real' -- but the tone of it, if that makes sense.
Thank you for a most satisfying read and I look forward eagerly to the next instalment.

OMG JILL KNOCKED UP BUCK!
Also, I think I commented on the still when you posted it up before, but Johnny looks fiiiiine in the shot where he says '"That's none of your business."' And despite what he's thinking at the end of this instalment, I'm holding out some hope that he's still committed to the relationship with the pride that seems inherent in the 'faint mysterious smile'. *crosses fingers*
Where to start?
