Trashing the entire beginning of your DCBB
It's probably a bad idea this late in the game.
But I've done it anyway.
Because I hated what I'd written so far. I was trying to make it clever and it just turned out crap. So, everybody, welcome my new beginning! It's also helping me sort out some plot issues.
Just goes to show: randomly delete several thousand words, and you've got yourself another practical application of string theory.
With any luck this will actually work. And with any luck that REALLY ANNOYING "WIN £300 OR 4 FESTIVAL TICKETS" advert on the side of my LJ will DISAPPEAR, and the actual ability to edit these posts will return.

Yes this is me procrastinating. I've not FINISHED re-writing the beginning. But it's getting there... *whistles*
