Haw. I had to write about this. Saturday I went to my first body balance class. Basically its a bunch of tai chi, yoga, pilates, and meditation mixed with music. Of course, never doing this before I couldnt do some of the stretches. But the class was totally awesome. Okay, the last part was awesome the rest of the class was difficult. Our instructor calls it "our dessert" because we worked so hard for this part. All it is was us laying on our mats stretched out relaxing every muscle in our body imagining something that we want to do in the future. And what was wierd, was I imagined myself hiking up through some trails. Never have i ever wanted to go hiking but for some reason it just popped into my head, so thats going to be my goal now. Wich means lots of work on the stair machine (NOOOO!!) to get my endurance up. But seriously after the class I felt like a million bucks. I was the happiest person and even let an upset lady cut in line infront of me. But today I can feel the soreness. Im surprised how sore I actually am. everything hurts except for my legs. But this class will now be my new high. I highly recomend this class for everyone!
