Well as of about 2 weeks ago my upper left arm has become increasingly more and more achey and stiff. Today I can barely raise it to shoulder level without MUCH pain. I also realized today that i can't pick kinda heavy things up with it, as i was lifting a 12 pk of soda into the fridge today. Needless to say this has me QUITE worried and perplexed.....
