i dont rember the last time i felt so crapy. i have been eating like one meal a day and running for like two and a half hours ata time. it feels horrible but i look a lot better (thats what really counts. but, i've been keeping myself healthy the whole time with like protein shakes and food that taste like shit. but it will be good even though it feels like crap.
