Today was pretty bitchin. I woke up nice and late. Went to have a good band practice. Then things got weird.
So...I went in for my MircoFit at KSU for my health class and the results boggled me.
3 weeks ago I was 172.2 pounds 14.2% body fat
today I was 168.3 pounts 9.1% body fat
I guess this whole exercise thing actually works.
Then....I went to an amazing concert. We walked in right as Dead To Fall finished their sound check and they played an amazing set, their new material is really cool. Except for this one song called Chum Fiesta...I dont know where that song was going.
The Acacia Strain played second, so I went into the back and talked to Vincent, their vocalist. We had a good dude chill then they went on. Their set was sooo much fun, I was constantly doing stuff, whether it was dancing, surfing, or having Vincent motion at me to do lyrics with him. Hands down, best performance of the night.
A Life Once Lost played next and they still know how to rock, no matter how much acid they were on. The pits though got kinda cluttered with some fat metal dudes who were all about the push, so there was little action involved for me =\
We then left, because while Himsa played, I felt like I was ridin my Harley through the desert with some flames coming out the back of it. I mean...their material was fuggin honkin metal. And now im really tired and I can start to feel my muscles tense up so I am going to bed.
