The pictures remind me, I'm caloused to smiles."
Well there are alot of issues I need to cover with this post. First, my b on not keeping this dusty journal updated, I have been busy with alot of things in life, mostly school, and it seems that my LJ usually gets un-updated.
School-wise things are starting to kick up. My communications test is tomorrow, which I really need to study for, because if I fail it, then im going to withdraw from that class. English is starting to pick up too, since we are having to do the research for our "research document", writing it wont be bad, but the research is lame. Still havent found out what I got on my Calculus test, and I made the decision that if i didnt get anything between a high C and a 100 that Im going to withdraw from that. And HPS is easy.
work-wise. havent worked in two weeks. my body feels amazing, my bank account doesnt.
Band-wise. We have made many advancements in this field. Last week we bought our PA set - 24 Channel Mixer, power amp, 2 speakers, guitar/instrument cables, and jason bought his drum mics. We sound incredible now, hopefully we can lay down a decent recording once we get more material written, which we do have a new song in the making "The movie crash changed my best friends life". We are looking to do a show sometime in April which we will play originals and covers(for one last time).
Just recently I went on a ski trip and it was amazing. Even though we had alot of car trouble and the dissapointment of possibly coming home, our church group pulled together, got some rental cars and ski'd saturday and sunday. The trip was great and I became alot closer to this group of kids, and I feel that I gained some respect as an Advisor. Other than that, there are some details about a certain someone that will be left out for now ;) ill probably make a second post about her.
