I find myself now with a rare window of freedom. Fran has taken a stroll in the Woods (she's decidedly frazzled and was in need of a break), Albanion is chained to his desk upstairs studying for his exams (he is grounded for causing a ruckus at school so studying is about all Fran is letting him do) and Violet is down for a nap, so it's just me and

I think, dear, you're the crazy one! Babies aren't all giggles and cute: they're noisy and temperamental and a lot of hours of lost sleep. All children are at least moderately well-behaved around visitors, but when it's just the parents, they let rip!

He acted out in school because he got into a dispute with a teacher over the homework he wasn't handing in. I was haughty and rebellious as a child, but I didn't have parents who cared. That's not to say anything ill of Luxord's family, who are kith and kin in my eyes far more than my blood relatives, but my tenure in high school here was reportedly extensively to my own family back in Archades and they barely batted an eyelid. He isn't acting out because I don't pay attention to him (it's continuing to juggle them both that stretches me so thin these days), it's purely because he inherited his father's attitude. But, unlike his father, he has yet to get away with it.

And Fran broke his phone after he back-talked her while she was dealing out his punishment for his misdemeanors at school. He crossed a line and she ended up crushing it without really intending to. He's not getting a new one until we say he can and he's a social nobody for the next couple of weeks now. So the hug will have to wait until relations between him and his mother have eased.

I was always the youngest of the family, even the cousins' kids, so I never really got to experience that sort of thing. AND I NEVER WILL! HAHAHAH! Gettin' off scott free! :D Oh, but I love little Vi~ she's so sweet and cuddly! And she fell right asleep- no problem- for me! And stayed asleep! I'll show you the trick, if you're nice enough~ :P

He hasn't gotten away with it yet because he's got parents that know what he's up to! Just give him time, he's got a lot to handle- school, hormones, being incredibly good looking, still kind of adjusting, and having to deal with a new baby sister! If you want to keep him busy this summer, I may have a job for him! If he's anything like Mama Bunny, he'll love it~ :D
