Oh no. They didn't--they couldn't have--just--
I believe I'm in a mild state of shock. They took your Strahl?
Do you know where it is at all? I was certain you had a tracking device on it or something or other like that.

They took her. Those two little bastard hooligans decided that the easiest way to get on their little drunken party train was by using my airship! Though I already have a plan for how to get it back.

I'm still in a state of disbelief. I just cannot believe that someone took your airship.
You already have a plan? Just don't kill them. Both are very nice young men, even if they're somewhat misguided at times.

You know, I don't think continuing this conversation while in my current mood would be a very good idea. Your words are very easily misinterpreted and, in such a light, are incredibly offensive. Another time. When I'm more sedate.

Balthier, I didn't mean it like that! I just can't believe that anyone took your airship, let alone had the guts to even attempt it! Everyone knows how much you love your ship, and how very off-limits it is to everyone.
I'm sorry, Balthier...

Oh, don't apologise... I'm the one "pitching a bitch-fit" (Albanion taught me that one today... young people and their slang...) over here... I'm sorry. You work so damn hard on something, then some young wannabe-drunks run off with it...

But, at any rate, the plan is to have those two miscreants banged up for theft of a wanted aircraft and underage intoxication (it's what they get for stealing a wanted ship), at which point I will use the ship's GPS to track its position, go to where it is being held and liberate it once more!

Think of it this way: at least it was someone you knew. Even though you probably don't trust them very much any more, you also know where they might have went with it. It could be much worse.

I don't think you can get them for under-age drinking, they're both at least 21. However, I'd say you're free to charge grand theft auto, at least. I bet if you'd try the GPS location device now, you'd find them both, too.

I know for a fact that one of them is nowhere near 21 by any stretch of the imagination. The other, maybe, but the one I'm thinking of definitely isn't.

I don't know why, but I expect a lot more of the people I know because I expect them to be better than me. Sounds very stupid now I listen to it, but I never thought anyone would go and steal my airship, knowing how much it meant to me and to Fran.

I hope they have hard hats for when she gets her claws into them... and they are claws...

Vaan's 21. He just turned this December. I'm also certain Zidane is over 21 as well.
And besides, we drank all the time when we were younger, I don't quite think it's fair to condone theirs and not ours.

I never thought I would be shot in my own home, but sometimes things happen, and the best way is to approach them with a level head and a fair mind.

If you really wanted to be merciful, Father and I have a pair in the garage. If you want to borrow my cricket bat, you are also free to it, as long as you don't break it.

And there you go naming them, after I said I wouldn't! Well, I guess I didn't, so...

And is that little pixie seriously over 21? I thought he was a sophomore, not a junior... interesting...

And I don't think our drinking ever escaped condemnation, so stick that in your pipe and smoke it!

And what, give them a lollipop and thank them for returning it in one piece? You don't just steal from other people and not get any backlash, I know all about that, remember?

I like the cricket bat offer. May take you up on that.

It's fairly obvious who they were. Zidane also told me he was going to Mardi Gras and asked me if I wanted to go, but I declined.

Indeed, I believe he is. He seems to be as vague as to his age as you are. And I'm 27 and still a sophomore, so age doesn't matter quite as much.

True, mum and Father didn't like us drinking like that, but they never called the police or severely grounded us for it.

No, I'm saying you should still punish them for stealing your airship, but don't be so ruthless about it. You're the Law student, you know what's cruel and unusual punishment and what sentences should be.

I only ask that you don't break it, as I can't find them over here and I'm not going back to England for quite some time.

Damn kids... haha, now I sound like old MacGregor in the Post-Near-Blaze incident...

Now now, you know your mother got very close to calling the police on me once or twice! No use denying it! I was a terrible drunk!

But it's fun to scare them with the cruel and unusual! I'm getting on in years with a teenage son, I think I'm entitled to some kicks as a "grumpy old man"!

I won't break it...

I'm still quite surprised he didn't just beat us with a rake and have done with us. I remember very clearly that you tried to put the blame on me.

She was close, but you know she never would. She's our mum, she'd never do that!

Scare them with the cruel and unusual, just don't follow through with it. I know you have a laundry list of charges against you, don't add any more.
And I thought I was the resident old man on campus!

I do not like the sound of that.

And why wouldn't I put the blame on you? You always looked so innocent and naive, I just needed to shatter that image a little. Too clean by comparison. Plus you always got away with it!

The neighbours didn't share her love...

You know full well that I'm older than you are. And Fran... well, we shan't be going into how old she is. I very much like my life right now...

I won't break the bat...

I tried to make you look good by association! And of course I got away with it, I used to be the good child in the neighbourhood. I blame the curly hair, it made me look far too innocent.

No, and they still have a lock on their hen-house, too. Even when you left, they didn't take it down. Even when I return their escaped chickens, they still give me a dirty look.

I know, but I thought you were still denying your age and making me out to be older than you.
And yes, Ms Fran's age is never something to dwell on. A lady should keep her mysteries, after all.

Don't make it anything hospital-worthy, please.
