Many on my f-list know about the intricacies of this happening more and more for people who want to eat healthier at home while supporting the local economy. Glad to see this realization is making some progress on a bigger scale. The only thing is to keep these growing local industries, locally owned, otherwise we'll be back to where it all started.... food by interstate highway. Yum!
