So, UMN posted a position for an associate/full professor to lead their evaluation studies department. I don't have either of those ranks yet, but after sending in my resume and informally chatting with the chair, they have made the search open rank, meaning I'll be given full consideration. Pretty cool, now I just need to think about how to broach this opportunity to Kate. I don't much care for the idea of moving again so soon, but it would be nice to be at a school where I actually felt supported.
