Steaming hot goodness!

I decided today that I would like when I "grow-up" to be a good cook. Not great, or even studied, but I want to be able to make dishes that are yummy and fun. And yes, I will be able to make meat dishes as I can now! I just like to cook to begin with... Natalie even said once that she knows when I'm stressed because I start cooking. hmm...

I'm driving home on the 18th after Nathan and Nick graduate. Apollo is coming home with us - the poor thing doesn't know what he's in for in Michigan weather :(
