[Glee] Feeling a bit Protective
I'm Feeling a bit Protective at the Moment
So Rachel Berry is supposed to be singing “Jar of Hearts” in the next episode.
I LOVE that song. So, naturally, I’m worried about what Glee will do with it. It’s a pretty simple song, as far as the arrangement, just vocal and piano. It’s a beautiful song and it’s my favorite one to sing in the car.
It’s not that Rachel (and/or Lea, by extension) couldn’t do it. She certainly has the pipes for it. It’s just, it’s one of my favorite songs and I feel protective over it. I don’t want people to mess with this song.
And I love Glee, but a part of me is yelling “Why can’t you leave it alone?!?”
(And why we’re on the idea of feeling protective of favorite songs, if Glee ever tries to touch “Breaking up is Hard to Do” by Neil Sedeka I’m gonna cut a bitch. Understand?)
