The first important element of the good storytelling is conflict. Conflict creates tension and tension keeps people engaged with your story.
The second important element is authenticity. Stay true to your brand and true to your voice and audience will respond with enthusiasm and passion.
The third and possibly the most important element of any story: the audience. It’s not who you know but what can you do. And audience have had spoken. They want stories!
