Poem - Angel Falls

Mar 25, 2003 11:58

from high mountain peaks
into pools of mist and light
the water thunders.

as dawn's glow rises
in the early morning cool,
rays of sunlight shine

through icy corridors
all along the mountain's depths
to burst forth rainbows

in mist and water
that hold the light and give it
to all who have come

seeking this solace.
in rainbows of light are hearts
renewed and restored.

spray me with the mist
of the angel's waterfall
and I will be whole.
