Apparently the schoolchildren of the bluegrass state are actually terrified at the sight of snow. How else do you explain a snowday on which not a single flake of snow actually survived contact with the road, and all the snow seen here on the grass was melted by what would have been the end of the school day at around 4 o'clock.
