Happy New Year!
W00t! New Year's Eve TV was unusually good this year. Got to watch Batman Begins and Troy back to back, I ended up going to bed at 5am XD Thankfully, I still have time and energy to do what I originally wanted to do by taking this leave: reestablish my Muses! Yeah!
That's right, my Muses are back! Aside from Archie and Ko, who's been helping me since they disappeared 8 months ago, now I've also got Amethyst, Cassandra, Zephyr and Aria to help me with other, more specific stuff.
I really hope with Cassie and Aria being back, my stories can get back on their feet and...well, maybe not write itself, just...easier to write :D Archie alone just couldn't handle the strain of having to write the girls' specialties. And Ames and Zephyr should be able to get my intellectual and emotional quotients back to their normal levels. Looking back to this year with them, I could really see days in 2007 where I was being stupid or insensitive or both, and I'd hate to repeat those mistakes in 2008.
So, in the end, let's raise our glasses and hear everyone's wishes for the new year!
Amethyst: Here's to the Master taking things more professionally.
Zephyr: Here's to him taking his life and future more seriously.
Cassandra: Here's to him finally finding a girlfriend...in real life (giggle).
Aria: Yah! Here's to him finally gettin' some!
Ko: Aria! Shush! Here's to him...um, see, now I've lost mine. Um...here's to him getting some fics done.
Archie: Heh. And here's to him for getting us back together again!
Li Xia: Meow.

"Li Xia?!"
The black and orange striped cat jumped into Archie's hands and purred as she got herself comfortable.
"Heh, I didn't realize the cat's coming back too." Archie hummed as he began to scratch the cat's ears, making her purr louder.
"I suppose the Master needed her for something?" Cassie suggested.
"I don't think the Master's into bestiality."
"Aria!" Ko gasped while Aria just giggled.
Amethyst and Zephyr shared a glance at each other before both taking a deep breath.
'This is going to be a lively year.'
'Indeed.' Amethyst replied in their shared telepathy. 'Had Li Xia been allowed to grow like she was supposed to, she should have reached her maturity months ago. So...'
'It's gonna be this year.' Zephyr concluded.
