All right mommies, help me out

I am setting up my online course (in a very cool teaching program called Blackboard, pretty nifty) and am pondering topics to post for discussion. My first group of parents all have infants or barely-walking toddlers. The format is primarily a discussion forum and I am encouraging people to post their own concerns and questions for discussion, but ( Read more... )

I want them to pick anything, and then write a review on why it was helpful and what wasnt helpful and how well it meshes with what we know about appropriate child developmnet. I figure this will not only encourage them to read, and read critically, but also to share books that might be helpful with each other.

Honestly, I think its thinking about what I got out of DTT! lol Its the same kind of thing, only condensed and probably less gossipy. :)
