book 7/ school started/Naruto

I saw the thing about the book today and I was like "oh, okay, cool" but I'm not so very psyched about it. Still haven't reserved a copy and honestly probably won't. I'll just go buy it where ever I happen to be. Uch, I'll have classes then. Will have to balance that with reading HP, just like I did with HBP

I'm almost caught up. I'm on episode 110-111, so about 30 more.

Glad to know someone else on the flist was avoiding this show and then got sucked into it anyway, too.
Yeah, next on my considering getting sucked into list is either Prince of Tennis or Ouran High School Host Club. Or Mar if I'm not feeling like a masochist. Or Avatar if I want to be nice and give myself some English. I'm following way too many shows at the moment.

*shrugs* My only reason for thinking of the others is cause my brother already has them. I've seen some Avatar episodes, but at the moment I'm watching them on whichever channel they air on when I can find them. My local video store didn't have them for rent and I guess I feel weird about downloading it for some reason, though that makes no sense. Though yeah, I've been really impressed by the episodes that I've seen of Avatar. (Unlike Skyland, which I've tried numerous times and seem to dislike more on each subsequent view.)

Yeah but CN imports about half their smart cartoons, and Nickelodeon has always had some awesome cartoons. *shrugs* Maybe I'll see if I can buy it second hand online.

Does JL count though? I mean technically it's DC and CN just happened to buy the rights, no?

I'd consider that half in house, not as much in house as some of their other stuff.

I avoid that show. Kids Next Door isn't bad though.

ot rant/(Uch, just found really bad Naruto fic. Well it was half decent fic until the author decided that Sasuke would marry Sakura cause she was pretty and devoted and he needed to continue the clan and he'd slept around so he wasn't gonna be missing anything all that generic stuff thrown in to make the canon love interest seem like a horrible choice. The boy can be a bastard, but he's not a creep. Sadly. it's one of those fics I definitely would have finished a couple of months ago, but now I can't be bothered. Some of the other characterization was also off, this one just took that cake. ) /end rant

I've actually only seen the KND movie, but it seemed cool.

Of course I'm used to. I've read a few fics that do the same to Percy, lots of Draco/Pansy reads that way, and well yeah. It's still frustrating. And I was hoping it'd be decent cause I found it through the favorites page of an author who's fics were decentish.

'porting Naruto? You mean timeskip? I'm sort of scared to go looking for post-timeskip fics. The ff.net page for my ship of choice was bad enough.
