Sneaks in. Yes, I know, I'm horrible for never really being around. Lately, just anytime I seem to get downtime, new drama shows up. So, I've been unwinding from new drama by reading mangas and watching lots of animes and just ignoring the world. I just figured that it's been almost three weeks, so I should probably say hi.

Oh and I got a shiny new toy, an ipod shuffle. It was a birthday gift/babysitting pay. The babysitting was staying home on New Years eve so my bro wouldn't throw a party. He ended up doing so anyway, but I still think I deserve a toy. That's actually not my only new toy, but I paid for the other three. Got a shiny new CPU fan so now my computer is a lot quieter and got a 500gb hardrive so yay for more space! Also got a 4gb flash drive for the psp, but I think I'm gonna be using it less this semester, which is actually why I got the shuffle. My dell is just too bulky.

So yeah, lately I'm sort of not in fandom except in a multifandom sort of way. I've read It's actually sort of interesting to see what transfers (shipping wars pop up everywhere) and what differs. For three of the anime fandoms I like, pretty much all the fics are for the canon ships, so bad in one fandom that there really is almost nothing but fics for the main pair. HP is of course quite different, canon? being quite hard to find a lot of the time. So now I wonder, which direction do most fandoms tend to fall in? Does genre influence these trends? Or the size of the cast? Wandering around ff.net, it totally seems random. So yeah, feedback?
