Regarding Surak's Razor - Supplemental

Stopping briefly in the Oort cloud of an unoccupied neighboring system, Lothar, Khan, and I have quickly replaced the decades-old civilian-grade warp core in Surak's Razor with the much more powerful one Lothar stole from the Norway-class USS Suida Viarum.

Even with the asteroidal hull, Surak's Razor is still capable of "submerging" so "deep" into subspace that it loses all contact with normal space -- requiring the ship to "surface" periodically to check its bearings, and making it impossible for other ships with normal sensor capabilities to track it.
