Wes & Aidan - receiving the email
Patrick had called him in, telling him there was an email for him. Entering the small office Brendan told him to open it, standing behind him as the words were displayed on the screen.
"What??" He read it again, frown deepending as he looked at the name of the person who sent it, and that it was from Aidan's email.
"Holy christ!"
After reading it again Brendan nudged Patrick. "Send a reply for me will you, tell her we got the news and thanks. Not that anyone wants news like that." He grimaced and shook his head.
He leaned down, one hand on the desk and the other on the back of the chair Patrick was sitting on. He'd read the email a couple of times but the disbelief made him read it again. "What a bloody waste," he muttered. "They were good value those two."
