1. Pick a character, pairing, or fandom you like.
2. Put iTunes or equivelent media player on random.
3. For each song that plays, write something related to the theme you picked inspired by the song. You have only the time frame of the song: no planning beforehand: you start when it starts, and no lingering afterward; once the song is over, you stop writing. (No fair skipping songs either; you have to take what comes by chance!)
4. Do 10 of these, then post.

1. Goodbye my lover
Another look at the closed door and he knew it was over. It hadn't opened since he left, and Nino knew that he wouldn't be coming back. The wall was cold against his back, and the air around him made him shiver. A window had been left open and freezing gusts of wind blew through, droplets of rain falling onto the wooden floor. He didn't move to close it, instead staying where he was, showing no emotion. Only he could have this efffect on him. The knowledge that he would never be back had left Nino hollow. Unable to do or feel anything. Another gust of wind blew through, stronger this time. Nino still didn't look up.
2. Stay Another Day
Aiba's grip on Sho's hand tightened. I don't want you to go. All the things he had to say were conveyed in that one touch. Sho tugged Aiba a little closer. I'll be back soon. Another few steps brought them closer towards the gate that Sho would soon walk through. The older man turned to face the other. Aiba's gaze was pleading stay another day. Sho shook his head slightly. It's work. Another day won't make a difference. I still have to go.
The voice calling passengers onto the plane resounded through the waiting room. Sho took a step away from Aiba. I have to go. Aiba pulled the other closer to him again and wrapped an arm around his shoulders, burrying his face in the shorter man's neck. I need you. Sho moved back a little and placed a gentle kiss on Aiba's lips. I'll be back soon. Wait for me.
He began to walk away, his grasp on Aiba's hand lingering for just a moment before the contact ended. He strode through the gate, ticket in hand, looking over his shoulder one last time with a smile. You'll be fine.
3. Firefly
Night had already fallen as they walked hand in hand, paper lanterns overhead and the gentle murmur of speech from the festival they walked away from. Nino led him over a bridge to a secluded spot sheltered by trees. They sat down at the edge of the small pond and watched as fireflies floated around them. Ohno reached one hand out to catch one, his other hand still holding Nino's, fingers entwined. It was peaceful as they sat in silence, enjoying the view. Nino's head moved to rest on Ohno's shoulder. They stayed that way until the rain started to fall, lightly at first but progressively getting heavier.
They walked home through the downpour, hands still threaded together.
4. Rain
Sometimes when it was raining Ohno felt a strong desire to go outside. He liked the feel of the drops on his skin, and the sound of it hitting the floor. He liked the way it changed the scenery around him. He wanted to dance in the rain, because it looked like it would be fun.
Nino didn't like the rain very much. It was cold, and wet, and generally annoying. If it was raining he would much prefer to stay inside with his DS and let the sound of it against the windows relax him. He did like it when Ohno pulled him outside so that they could dance together in it though.
5. Do you remember?
They all sat in a small bar, around a table in the corner of the room. Nino was half draped over Ohno, and Aiba was animatedly telling a story from when Arashi had first been formed. Everyone was smiling. As Aiba spoke the others would input the parts that he had missed, laughing at the memories.
They all loved times like this, where they could remember and laugh, all together with no one else watching. It was at these times that they remembered what Arashi was really about, and it was these times that would keep them going together for years to come.
6. Fear
Sho, Aiba realised, feared quite a lot of things. (Jun seemed to take a lot of happiness in teasing himr about it at every possible opportunity). This realisation led to Aiba's decision. He would help Sho to overcome some of his fears, starting with his fear of heights. Sho agreed somewhat reluctantly (after a lot of persuading on Aiba's part, and even more sarcastic remarks from Nino -accompanied by that annoying smirk- "Yes Sho, what if you're needed for a report on top of a building, what will you do?")
By the time he and Aiba had arrived at the bungee jumping place, and he had been strapped in, he knew he never should have said yes. And so somehow he found himself looking over the edge of the platform before quickly backing away, ordering the assitants to unstrap him that very second. (Which they did after seeing the manic look in his eyes). He realised as they drove back that he would never hear the end of it, and that he would have to hide from Aiba from then on, just in case he had any more phobia-defeating ideas.
7. Snowflake
Nothing could compare with Aiba's face at the first sign of snowfall. ("Let's go and make snow Arashi! It's setting! See, that one settled!"). That was why the whole group found themselves wrapped up in thick coats, hats and scarves, helping Aiba to mould the snow into vaguely human like shapes, as the tallest member skipped around happily, a ridiculous grin on his face. The grin quickly spread to everyone's faces, and as they finished -Ohno and Nino huddled together to stop themselves from freezing- they surveyed the figures as though they were masterpieces, Aiba happily shouting out which one was which. ("That one's Ohno, see? It's short!")
8. Yes?No?
On Monday morning when Sho was dragged into the dressing room by an excited Aiba there were many reactions. Jun laughed. A lot. Ohno blankly stared at him before offering a sympathetic look and snuggling back down on Nino and closing his eyes for a nap. Nino just smirked evilly.
Aiba looked at Sho's head proudly before turning to the others. "What do you think? I think it suits him!" Sho whimpered. Jun laughed more. Ohno cracked his eyes open.
"I like that shade. It's like grass." He closed his eyes again. Nino continued to smirk; Sho suspected he might have had something to so with his currently green hair.
Jun stood up and walked over to touch it, still sniggering.
"Do you like it Jun? Yes? No?" Aiba asked cheerfully.
"It's very... Unique."
Sho whimpered again. Aiba beamed,
9. Staple it together
"You broke it."
"It's fine. Really."
"Jun's going to kill you."
"I can fix it."
"How?"
"Just... Hand me that stapler."
"The stapler?"
"I can staple it together."
"And how are you going to explain to Jun why there are staples in his new jeans?"
"We can say that they must've been like that when he bought them."
"He'll never believe that."
"Then we can just get him drunk and he won't ask."
10. Niji
"I like rainbows."
"That's nice."
"They're all... colourful. And pretty."
"Yes."
"Do you think our manager likes rainbows?"
"What?"
"Well, we seem to get lots of rainbowish things. Like in videos. And costumes."
"And?"
"Well maybe our manager likes rainbows so he gives us lots of rainbow things."
"Or maybe he just heard you talking about how much you like rainbows."
"That's true... Do you like rainbows?"
