Aaaaaaaannnnd delivery! Very, very nice - and you left out the one I want to make, so I won't feel like an unoriginal hack when I do make it. I love it muchly! Can I pimp this post in a bit?

Oh, and query - were you being sarcastic about the likenessess? Cause I've never had too much problem with them - and when you put them side-by-side, the likeness increased for me.

My next project will be to adapt the heart template to do a few more 'shippy icons, I think - both real ones and perhaps a few sillier ones.

I was being mildly sarcastic... I think some of the likenesses are much better than others. Dawn looks nothing like her picture; Buffy is hugely variable, but sometimes matches SMG's appearance. I did spend quite a while looking for matching photos showing the person from the same angle, lighting, etc for comparison.

Is it me, or new, actor-less characters really look more sympathetic?

Possibly because the artist is simply drawing an interesting-looking face, rather than struggling to make the image look like the real-life actor?

Thanks - and yeah, normally the actors are better... but then again, after the early seasons SMG would never have agreed to appear in that pose in the nightgown on the bed. :)

Pity because that would have been worth it with early seasons SMG, later seasons not so much.
