Anyway, I liked this a lot the first time around and it's nice to read your commentary for it too. I like the little hints at Willow's upbringing - a lot of Willow's personality (as we've discussed before) can probably be explained by the combination of being handed 100% politically correct morals and 0% actual guidance in how to achieve them...

I think most of them are true, actually. For certain values of true.

Sounds like a very older-and-wiser-Willow answer. The whole balance of power thing. (Plus, one I'd pretty much agree with myself.)

Also, Willow/Buffybot... o_O Is there any fic like that around? Not that I'd be interested, I mean, it's SICK, but... just out of curiosity, y'know? ;-)

I'm positive there is, though I don't recall for certain. Apparently I didn't think any of it was good enough to keep a copy of. But I'd be happy to be proven wrong :)

There's actually an Internet Law, similar to Godwin's, that says that the moment somebody mentions a kink, fetish, pairing, fantasy or variant sexuality, however obscure or bizarre, a website will appear catering to it.

Enjoyed this. Highest compliment I can think of is that could just visualize all those answers coming out of Willow's mouth. Not that I agree with all of them. I share a lot of Spikes scorn for Willow's views.

Do you mean Spike's opinions as expressed in 'Pangs'? Because Willow struck me there as a very typical naive first-year college student. Such innocence rarely lasts, and this interview takes place at least four years later.
