Easter
It has been decided! We're going for pirates! Yay!
All that remains is to get started on my eternally long costume list. It's grown exponentially since I started planning this character last year. Not to mention background research (which really needs to include downloading updates to puzzlepirates). It makes me grin every time I think of it so I reckon it was the right choice of options*! There is nothing remotely unattractive about being a half-cut more-or-less under-cover pirate wench for a weekend, is there? :D I'm looking forward to being part of a smaller group (of pirates!) and being more of a lover than a fighter (with a (double-through) pistol tucked into her garter accessible through a slit in her skirts just for safety's sake).
I just thought I should update but not much to say.
* Easter Con was working out prohibitively expensive and despite his upcoming bid for kingship Ian remains unconvinced that I didn't hate Renewal (I didn't) so he's going to aim to go to some of the faction events for now
